Green Salad with Greek Noumboulo, Cottage Cheese, Sykomaida, Grapes, Cashews and Honey Dressing
- Curly Endive
- Lolo rosso
- Cottage Cheese
We create a variety of various salads (Lolo Rosso, Arugula, Endive, Trocadero, etc) which we have already hand sliced and we place them into an utensil.
We add the rest ingredients. We add the honey dressing and mix them gently.
We place the salad into a salad bowl and we decorate it with Chicorée.
